the 125 gr. Speer Gold Dot and HotCor bullets work well in the .357 rifle. I push the Gold Dot to 2300 fps from the Rossi Model 92. The same load does 1340 fps from the 1 1/2" S&W Model 340 and over 1600 out of the 7 1/2" single action.
20.0 gr. H-110
With cast bullets I like 14.5 gr. 2400 and a small rifle primer for the Keith 170 gr. SWC.
I use that load for the 160 gr. SAECO SWC also.
But I shoot more 3.0 gr. Bullseye loads than anything else... using .38 Special brass.
