where supposedly you don't need to lube, sizing can be hard on a dry somewhat dirty case. I put my brass in the loading blocks, spray them good with One Shot and get my powder set up and if I am loading a lot of different ammo I get those cases sprayed too. Then in 10 minutes or so the One Shot has dried and is ready to load. It makes sizing so much easier.
