the 7.62x51 is belt fed paradise. Besides, I already have two of the best entry weapons going....an 8" barreled British Sterling and a 71 round drum-fed Finnish Suomi. 650rpm and 950rpm respectively. Who wanna face that down? Otherwise, I'll stick to my SOCOM16 in 7.62x51. This new round will go the same way as the rest of the new whiz-bangs. 7.62x51 been around a long time. Lets see where this 277 is in 5 years. For me the 556, 7.62x51 and 9mm in "business weapons".
