using a "cool primer"and Lil Gun powder? CHANGE POWDER or PRIMERS!!!Go with 296 or H-110 and a magnum primer. I NEVER have hang fires or misfires with the right primer and those powders. Holy shit! That is like hitting your finger with a hammer and then keep doing it.
