Kimber has a nice 22 conversion kit for the 1911. Very accurate with CCI mini mag and stingers. It works with government and commander frames. Wife and I have run many thousands of rounds through ours. They last and last. Bigger than what you are looking to carry, but same trigger memory as the .45 you shoot with the same frame!!!
