I certainly will. My initial mule case form loads

are to be 10 gr. of Trail Boss with those cast slugs. The brass is tapered so upon firing they fill out a bit. Sean has some good loads and I plan to tinker to skirt places he didn't tread. Just to see. My discovery today is something guys might want to know.

Hornady makes a Muzzleloading Sabot .45/10mm. The 10mm bullet is a 200 gr. pointy rubber tipped wonder. I do not think they are commercially available yet, outside the sabot combos. I have some too. I'm also eyeing the .405 Winchester 300 gr. but I think it's a bit heavy. Would make a killer hog bullet or possibly for larger game.

This would make a dandy Southern Black Bear gun, wouldn't it?!! Shorted to 1.8", very easily done, it's legal as a classic straight wall hunting cartridge for those special states. Not far from the .40-50-265 Sharps straight, in size.

Some cast .41 to 10mm plinking bullets converted.
