after they are loaded. Won't hurt a thing. if you are using lead bullets that may be the problem. We have sold quite a few sets of 400 GNR dies and have had no complaints at all about them needing sizing back down. I have loaded a gazillion rounds for our test firing and use jacketed bullets and have had no problems either.
