No reason he couldn't build the same in 327 Federal.

I do own an 327 Federal G2 Carbine I bought from an EBay Auction and the Henry Steel 20" Rifle.

The Henry is my favorite small game rifle...

For nostalgic reasons. Although the 25-20 Will always be Cartridge #1, the lever action 327 Federal just reminds me of the families fed with the old 32-20 and 32 Rimfires. It gets 2162 fps with American Eagle 100 grn.

The G2 Barrel has never been on an action. I bid very low and never expected to win the auction. I've been thinking it would be a great cast bullet gun.

All the pistol calibers I've tried in rifle length barrels have thrived on Lil Gun. Maybe these will too.

I so much agree with you on many things.

Especially the respect I have for the hyphenated cartridges.
The two cartridges I currently don't have are the 38-40 and 25-20. But, I can attest to the prowess of the 218 Bee and 32-20. We just don't agree on the platform from which to shoot those cartridges. Many people use a .223 or 22 mag for a truck gun. I like the 218 Bee. But a Marlin in 321 GNR would be the bomb.

we have done some 321 GNR conversions

Small and not so small game cartridge. Easy to form and power to spare. Basically a 32-20 Magnum.

almost 800 fps. And uses plentiful 357 Magnum brass. Just run the 357 Mag brass thru the 321 GNR sizer die and you have it.
