My wife has a SP101 357 that I want to make some light 125gr xtp loads for. Been shooting 38's but with poor accuracy, plus the crud ring. Mag primers or not?? Thanks all

I use 21 grains of W296

with a 125 grain XTP. Not necessarily a light load.

125 gr. JHP with 21 gr. WC820

I’m liking Titegroup for most anything

I’m finding that Titegroup does about everything I would need from plinkers on up. Seems to be very consistent and position insensitive. Meters well in uniflow and Dillion powder measures. I use standard primers with it.

Try a heavier bullet and low end speeds for the data.

Personally, I've had 125s give me a fit sometimes. I've always been able to make 180s down to 150s shoot well with little effort. That may just be a testament to my own patience, though. Low end loads should mitigate the recoil a good bit.

125 XTP's
