She was born a bit early and weighed 2 ounces. She was way too small to nurse, so we have been hand feeding her goats milk since Saturday. She is now 5 days old and is healthy so far. She won't hold still when we pick her up to feed her and that is a good sign too. She is now at 3½ ounces. Still a ways to go before she is considered normal, but she is coming along.

pup and when we pulled her off her mother, her mother is pretty much over her. We have another bitch due on the 17th or 18th and we hope to put the little pup in with her litter. The female is Diamond Dot. The pic is when she was a pup a few years back.It is normally no problem putting a pup from another mother in with a second female's pups.

This is common place in the Reeder hacienda.
