Many of the Magnum powders are finicky in the 327 Federal. The light bullets just don't provide enough resistance to stabilize ballistics.

Longshot will come within a few fps with half as much powder.

I'm using

4227 for 100gr XTP's, HS-6 with 100gr cast which is excellent. Case length is a little finicky in my S7 with these 199 gr cast tho. The 85 XTp's I haven't found a super accurate load but HS-6 does pretty well also. Have not tried Longshot.

Hs6 and CFE Pistol Powder both are excellent...

after searching for data I ended up loading some 115g rnfp with 2400 and several loads using 100xtps and cfe pistol powder. getting ready to hit the range and see how they do . next time I get to the city i'm going to get some aa#9. it was my favorite powder for 41 and 44 mags but when we had the powder sortages a few years ago I couldn't find any and ended up with a lot of ww296 that I've been using for my 41s and 44s
