ONE OF MY EX-STUDENTS WORKED FOR THE A LOCAL DISTRIBUTOR FOR 32 YEARS. WENT INTO WORK ONE DAY AND HE AND TWO OTHERS WITH 25+ YEARS WERE ESCORTED OUT THE DOOR. REPLACED BY CHEAPER LABOR.

It has been going on for a while

Look at all the steel Mills and other companies that depend on them that have sold their retirements and then booted them out just to move to other countries like Mexico and China.

That is going on right now where I work.

The company has to make up a shortfall between $200-250 million before the end of the year. 9 CEOs since 2008. The older people are getting axed and they are doing it in such a fashion thet don't have to announce it to the SEC (small increments). Hiring their cronies; it was such a good company, very sad.
