Thoughts on the GP100 327 Federal...

Doing some work on my GP100 327 Federal. Guess I won't post about that.

But, did have an interesting thought. Ruger makes the same models in both 327 Federal and 357 Magnum. Both seven shots, same size cylinder in each.

Leaves me wondering about rechambering the 327 gun to 321 GNR? Im sure the ejector could be opened up or maybe just order a 357 one from Ruger.

Would likely make the ultimate 32 DA Revolver.

For me, the 327 is just right for that size revolver and

I wouldn't want any more recoil and don't need any more power. Just right, so to speak. If I need more, I got plenty of choices at hand. Of course, that is just my take. Mine is a SS 4" full lug barrel I had a bit of work done to. I really like the soft blasted finish on the SS revolver. One of my favorite woods walking pieces.
