strange weather. It has been raining solid for about a weeks

or so with probably 3 or 4 inches of rain every afternoon and evening. Last night just before dark the rain stopped and we had the strangest sunset I have seen in a long time..

then to the north it looked like the mountain was on fire..The pic is blurred as I was rushing trying to get the picture..

Then today it rained again and as the rain tapered off it started snowing. Snowing in July. Just on the mountain behind the house but snow in July nevertheless. By the time I got the camera out a lot of it had melted off but enough was still there to remind us that Mother Nature does what she wants to.

This isn't the first time either. Last year in May we got about a foot of snow..

At least our (Wife & I) prayers. We need the moister- bad. Better then fire. They opened to forrest back up too. Thank You, Lord for the rain. Take care Gary.

at least here. Making the days very hazy and limiting visibility quite a bit. That may be what the sunset was reflecting off?

What a beautiful area. I have never been in Flagstaff.
