"boat anchor" moment?

With all the discussion lately about regretful or 'not so great' guns, might as well
chime in I guess. For the second time had my spiffy new desert eagle .50 out
today... a gun I "just had to have." Maybe the 'honeymoon' is over already, since
all I noticed was it's bulky bloat and 4.5 lb mass, recoil, and instead of a smile had
more of a knitted brow wondering 'what' this thing is possibly good for!?
Well, maybe it was just a "bad day" to be firing it... maybe next time...hehe =-)
