Back from The Shootists Holiday

Spent the week at The Whittington Center in Raton, NM with The Shootists. Big crowd! Lots of old friends were there. Over 140 in attendance. We had a Memorial Service for Shootists who had passed this year ... Miriam Baker and Dick Casull. Lots of unique guns. Great ranges to shoot on. But I spent more time visiting with old friends than I did shooting. I can shoot most any time I want to at home, but old friends I don't always get to see.

I was asked to give a talk about the Shootists but I figured John Taffin should be the one to do that, so I asked him to make a video. He did and we showed thar. It was great!

After the week in Raton I went up into Colorado and spent a few days with Tedd Adamovich (Bear Hug Grips). Shot some jack rabbits and had a great visit. Old friends are priceless and cannot be replaced. Most anything else can.
