Sure impress me. Lots of unique reticle options. Guess it's ego, but I like the tacticalish look. Just gives a rifle a nice look with a bit of attitude.

It is a straight 7X Burris. I have several barrels with that particular scope on them. Great scope. It focuses as close as 20 yards or way out there and plenty of power. I also like it because it is not a variable, which to me is sorta asking for trouble,

Back in the early 80s thru the late 90s they were THE handgun scope to have. They had them in 1X, 2X, 3X and on up thru 10X plus 3 or 4 variable scopes. The quality was unbeatable and the prices were well within the average handgunner's range. Unfortunately with the tactical and long range craze that came about shortly after the turn of the century they turned their back on us and concentrated on the gimmick scopes. I still use my original Burris handgun scopes but I wouldn't buy one of their new scopes. I am sure they are fine scopes but I feel they screwed us big time and once screwed, forever pissed.

Charlie, that is one of my favorite handgun scopes

unfortunately Burris has thrown handgunners under the bus

Maybe its the photo angle, but those bosses just look huge.
