For what it's worth,some of these barrels can be rechambered.

The 357 Mag round barrel can be rechambered to 356 GNR.
The 30-30 to 30 GNR
the 44 mag to 445 Super mag

Was made into a 444 Marlin. My dopeheas nephew stole it for drug money.

Ive done a few more projects in the last 25 years.

The 44 to 445 Supermag and and a brake? Would I need to send you my G2 frame to fit it to?

I would try it first and then if it doesn't fit your frame send it in for fitting. The barrels are older and should fit your frame.
