away from home today (snuck away from my kid's softball tournament for a while. . .). Anyway it was super clean and the price was only 349.99. I put it on lay away. I think it was a great deal-a very similar one is on gunbroker and is up over 475 with 9 days left. This one had a nice crisp trigger even with the mag disconnect in place I just couldn't pass it up. Only mod I'm thinking of is an extended safety and probably removing the disconnect. I was contemplating a beater Glock but this is waay cooler! Any thoughts??

My thoughts? Great price.

You did well to snag it. You seldom see them that cheap.

Thanks!

is as good as my browning HPs except for the finish which is so-so. Changed the grip panels to slimline. Will send it to Gary when things get better.

Orig grip panels.

of it before? Without shooting it the stock grips felt good. My FN HP has nice slim wood Hogues that I think may be too slim for me. I'll shoot low if not paying attention-so I may as well blame the grips. . .If the Detective shoots a little more "instinctively" with the stock panels I may try something bigger like Nil or BHSS Masters on my normal HP.
