Into building multiple cylinder hand guns. Like you, I have a few, but now they want triple cylinders. Shit, Gary get the programs ready to install in your CNC MACHINES! O Boy, triples! Pump them out? Pete

what CNC machines. We build custom guns and as

such each custom gun is different. No CNC machines here.

Sorry Gary! PITA

how it’ll be passed down from me.

Would cattle brands on the frame be noticed if the frame was CCH?

yes...if you look closely

I like multiple cylinders with some guns.I bought a 321 at Christmas and will send it back for a .327 and 32/20 cylinders. Very interested in 25/20 and 250 GNR Trail Gun. Multiple cylinder guns can be useful but only if you use them or plan to. Would rather do multiple cylinders than multiple guns at this time in life. It is nice to have the option.

I am not convinced a multi cylinder gun is a great idea

I have had two and both liked one cylinder better than the other. One was a 45 LC and had an extra 454 cylinder. The 45LC was super accurate and almost as powerful as the 454. The 454 loved factory ammo but was still not the shooter the LC was. The other is my Trailrider. With a 41GNR cylinder and a 410GNR cylinder. The 410 is a super shooter the 41GNR is good but just not the 410 and as such I use the 41GNR cylinder for a pencil holder. I also find most of my guns like one load really well maybe 2 loads sometime. So you Really have to like doing Lots or load data then keep it all straight. Cylinder, load, and change the sight adjustment for each load. A little easier with a scope setup than iron sights for me to keep straight. Maybe I am an old fart
But I really like one pet load per gun. Pick the load and gun for the job and go to work. I enjoyed the learning experience of the multi cylinder guns.
But one load to a gun, and lots of guns is the way to go for me. $.02

I'll put my 2 Centavos with your 2 cents.

For the most part I can adjust the power level of my loads if I want less zap.

Darryl and Blake, I'm not building the dual cylinders to...

Adjust the power level or anything of the sort.

As far as I know this is the first of the Trail Guns built in 25-20 and the first 250 GNR built with a 1 in 10" barrel. So, this makes learning fun.

The gun will likely be a 25-20 except when I'm testing the 250 GNR with heavier bullets and stretching ranges out there.

It is one thing to sit in a chair and theorize, but quite another to build guns and head to the reloading/shooting benches.

I like that, "sit in a chair and theorize".

Pete, dual cylinder guns were around long before me...

And Blake made some good points.

The main reason I'm building a lot of the dual cylinders is to experiment.

Many of these Trail Guns are the first of their kind. Gary has been good to entertain my crazy ideas, so I figure the least I can do is report on them.
