Time consuming

One problem with being disabled is you find yourself with time you don't know what to do with. When you're a educated person that had a career and the next day you can't do the things you used to there comes a bit of depression.

One way I've found to combat that is to keep my mind busy. My hands don't always cooperate but when they do I try to make things. Here is a wrist bracelet that carries two rounds of ammo. It's not the prettiest construction but it will do.

Looks like something one could use when hunting big game with a double rifle. Keeps two extra rounds handy for follow-up shots.

They work well, plus you can perform several exercises with one. I have an older one prior to the laser sight model.
