356 GNR Bullets for Africa...

I'm a bit undecided about which bullet to use for Africa.
The Hornady 180 grn XTP is awesome. Its never let me down.
But, got to thinking about the Speer SPFN 180 grn 35 Remington Bullet. Also, a well proven performer.
Any suggestions of which one would work the best?
which one does the gun shoot best? Go with that one

consequence. It is mostly overrated except for companies that promote their rifles or cartridges as being more accurate at 800 to 1000 yards or like the new 224 Valkyrie which they push as accurate to 1300 yards which is about as useful as a pussy hat on Scott Boggs. Me being a handgun hunter I never look at the BC as for me it is useless. I am never going to shoot any of my handguns over 250 to 275 yards and then only on that perfect shot, so the long range BC is a non important thing.
I certainly agree with that. I've tested those Wadcutters...

Like I sent you a few of and out to normal woods ranges, not enough difference to talk about.
I just look at all aspects when I compare anything.
So fond of the 356 GNR and hope I get kills in Africa.

I have some of the 180gr Nosler Partition-HG if you need them can let you have a couple of boxes. They don’t make em any more. I use them in the 358GNR. Would be a good bullet for Africa

I've got plenty of great bullets. Too many it seems for an easy decision.
I will be leaning heavy on the 9.3 Accubonds that you and Gary sent me.

.. I shot those 180 speers and the Hornady SSPs. I thought both of those were show stoppers. Accurate in my rifle and just put deer in the dirt within 150 yds.
