the cylinder. With all my guys working 12 hours a day trying to get people's guns out by Christmas, I am not surprised that a cylinder with a rough spot in the front of it got out the door. But that is what our warranty is for. Floyd, I will get a pick up slip out to you tomorrow to get the gun back in here and build you a new cylinder. I apologize for any inconvenience.

orders in the order book, not counting the orders we took during the Christmas sale. We are trying to stay within the 6 month time frame but when some guns need to go to porting or some other company where it is out of my control it quite often goes over the 6 month time frame.
Every gun goes thru 5 people, including Colleen, before it goes out the door, but one will still slip thru the cracks from time to time. But again that is what our warranty is for.
