The gun was a real dog when it came it. It is chambered in 38-40 and is a first generation SAA. It has been completely reworked with complete new finish, color case and Black Chromex. The factory stampings have been re-stamped and the Colt logo and patent dates re-done. The internals have been reworked and a new trigger installed as the old one was toast. It has the new Ivory Max grips made and fit to it and the gun is ready for another hundred years.

Re-doing of the logo and lettering really makes it. Those grips aren't to shabby either.

SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL
