who have no idea what they are talking about. I wish I knew half as much as they think they do. They need to check the current rules. Any individual can ship any firearm (class 3 excluded) to any FFL perfectly legal. And any firearm taken apart so it is not a working firearm can be shipped to any FFL, however you like.
