Found a more suitable base gun for my next Reeder build...

An older (but new model) Single Six. A friend from a local pawn shop fixed me up.

Some goober lost the cylinder and base pin, but doubt that's a problem.

One of my cylinders fit fine and gun locks up tight.

Have base pins, but will probably add a Belt Mountain locking pin before the gun ships west.

You got luck on that.

I bet you saved a bit with it missing the cylinder, too.

I've been shopping around for a 30 Carbine gun to get punched out to a 300 GNR.

My last SS base gun is a three screw...

And I hate to use it for a cartridge diameter that works in the new model.

Got the gun cheap if Gary doesn't need the cylinder. I doubt it'll be a problem.
