We all know this, or should by now, but with an emotional response to a home invasion and shots fired OUTSIDE the home, local laws could be your worst enemy.

We all need to be aware.

If you shot someone in your yard trying to break into you house for years you were guilty of manslaughter. About 2000 the law changed. Now you can kill them in the yard.

by our current laws if we did what this guy did(shoot into a fleeing car) more than likely we would also have been charged with the same thing. = (

taught us that if the threat stops, you stop. There is nothing worth the hell
You will face as a result. The tv , car, etc can all be replaced. Your life or your friend and family cannot be. Nothing else is worth the trouble.

that makes it real easy at night to spot anything or anyone in the yard. They get over that fence heading for the house, they are in my sights. If they are running away to jump back over the fence, don't ever come back.
