any one load for 45-70 in contender?

just picked up a stainless contender frame with a blue 23"22match barrel and a blue 16"45-70 with brake.grabed a box of cowboy loads [405lrn@1300fps]looking for a cast load using 300-350g lead bullets.something thats not going to beat me up to bad.
