later on it got a lot deeper and the dogs were walking up on the roof and barking at the neighbor's dogs. We have 12 foot ceilings and the snow was over the roof. That was a year ago.

We have a little alcove between the front of the house and the garage. There is an 9 foot blue spruce in that open area.
These pics are from 3 feet deep to 8 feet of snow in one storm.
