There was notable chatter about a late criminal shooter being protected by body armor. Seemingly effective if reports are correct. Perhaps a tactical training change might be considered. From now on shoot all criminals in the face?!!

1 to pelvic region, 2 to center of mass and 1 to head. This is the training I received and paid for once upon a time.....hopefully I will never need to resort to it.
