Hunter harassment?

Starting to calm down. At 653 AM I hear movement, tinkling bells and flashing lights. Some idiot decided that the first Saturday of gun season is the best time to walk four dogs, unleashed, through a management area. I asked him if he knew what day it was. He said he could not hear me. I told him it was the first Saturday of deer season and you’re ruining everyone else’s hunt. He said something about you can’t hunt until 7 o’clock. I told him 630 half hour before sunrise. None of the four dogs were on a leash. The rules for WMA's in my state are that all dogs are to be leashed unless hunting. No dog hunting during firearm deer season. Argh!!!!!
