Gary recently put together an Encore Fame I picked up with a 24 inch 350 GNR barrel. Looks awesome and it is a tack driver! This was my first hunt with the 350 GNR on our opening day of general gun season. Using a 200 grain Accubond at about 2,700 FPS. [image]
This was my first three shots at 100 yds off a bench. I was impressed!

Thanks Gary!!!

Nice deer!

playing with the .350 GNR, I think Irv may have ended up with the barrel. I remember passing on a nice Whelen barrel you once had, wish I had gotten it. You like the A-frames but what bullet did you prefer in a big .35?

35's

In my 355 GNR(30-30 case) I like 200gr Nosler Accubond. Case is not big enough to push the 225gr Aframe.

that is the same load I use in my 355 GNR

the 350 GNR has been one of the most accurate calibers

we have but one of the least ordered calibers. Not sure why but for those that have them the caliber is extremely accurate.
