I am looking for a used rifle, but may have to settle on a handgun barrel. Factory or custom as long as it is for the old Contender frame. Next step is to have one made by Gary if he has the parts?
right now I only have parts for the Encore. I have

several thousand dollars in back ordered contender small parts that will probably dribble in a few at a time.
The hot ticket is to find an old octagon tube

That fits well and send to Gary to have rechambered to K-Hornet. I cannot imagine why anyone would mess with the standard hornet after trying the K-version. Brass lasts much better. The standard .218 Bee does well if you don’t push it too hard. The improved versions would be good but dies are astronomical. Gary has a couple hot ones if you want more capacity and reasonable dies too!
The .224 GNR on the .357 Max case and another on the .30-30, kind of a blown Zipper?!
TC made K-HORNET barrels...

Show up often on eBay. Ditto on 22 Hornet Carbine Barrels.
I'm always on the lookout for barrelsto rechamber. With supplies short for Gary building barrels, it's the best option.
One on Gb I ran across

Seller has several other barrels could be re chambered. This seems a little bit high.
That's over doulble what that should cost...

itis one of the old guns with the spring loaded forend and if he doesn't have the forend then you have to have the gun modified to accept regular forends. Plus it is not in pristine shape like a collector wants.
Lots of overpriced items on GB, fat-liquidation
