A little humor, true story. Last night

We ate a wonderful home cooked meal. Baked turkey with Cajun gravy, Lima beans and creamy Mac and cheese. Washed down with some perfect brewed ice sweet tea. About an hour later my daughter walked out of the living room leaving me alone in my recliner. Several minutes later I felt a little gas bubble in my belly. I was alone, it’s my house, so I trumpeted some satisfying relief. Not nasty mind you, more bark than bite, if you get my drift. Then my phone chimes, a text. It’s my daughter “Dad! I heard that in my bedroom through the vent.” “Please text me when it’s safe to return.”

I apologized to her s told her I thought I was alone. He said; Dad you know you are truly never alone. I guess she has it right. Good girl!

LOL

Thank you needed that

Sounds just like home, just my 21year daughter and I, the looks and sometimes the comments are worth the effort on my part anyway,

Great story to share, Thank you

Good laugh. thank you.
