We have been pretty well stocked up since day one. We had a 2 day spell when we were down to a couple of boxes. But we currently have all the ammo and reloading gear someone might need..

No issue to me, but lots of people wanting it.

Was at my LGS today and lots of empty shelves yet.

Not surprising at all, they also report Taurus handguns are in tremendous demand. Dollar for dollar, they are hard to beat.

Local Gun Shop here has about 1/4 number of guns

that they usually have, but still have a pretty good selection. Most used guns are gone. They do not have a shortage of ammunition.

They only let a couple people in the shop at one time .. I think no more than 5. When they let you in they have alcohol wipes for your hands. They are careful about contact and wipe credit cards etc. with alcohol wipes before taking them and before giving them back.

Other than that it is business as usual.

we are low on guns too. Plenty of ammo but

maybe 1/4 as many handguns as normal. We could sell all the Taurus, Rock Island and Ruger handguns we could get. We get 5 or 6 a week but they usually go out the door that day.

Yep same here, people use to say 9mm because you

could find it everywhere! LOL! Went to one store they had about 20 boxes of ammo it was all 10mm auto!

Exactly why versatility rules...

We all have our favorites. No doubt about that.

But, having guns in different calibers sure can be handy in an ammo shortage.

For reloaders, even small vs large primers can make the difference.

The governor has shut down all gun shops as non essential. Also the processing of LTC's are on hold.

But liquor stores are essential.

Neightboring Connecticut, you can still but guns and ammo but you need a Ct pistol or ammo permit.

but with a daily 1 to 3 box limit (not complaining). Gun shelves seem a little barren, but still good selections.

wish you were closer... I could use some 9s
