Did Ruger make an alloy super blackhawk grip frame?

Ive read that all Ruger super blackhawk square trigger guard grip frames are steel? I have one that is not. And its chromed out? Also the loading gate is chromed, not sure of the material. They did have some brass versions manufactured, both factory and aftermarket.
This one must be after market.

Tried 3 different magnets. All 3 only stick to it half ass. The same magnets pull strongly to my bisley frames which are all steel. Must have enough ferrous metals involved to stick some but definitely not a pure iron casting. Weird.
Stainless? Magnets stick a little bit

the steel must be "brass" plated for the chrome or nickel to adhere to. I'm certainly no expert on plating but I bet that base metal is detracting from the magnetism.
Small wear areas have a brassy look underneath.
