What does the text inside the banded cylinder ring say? Thanks!

I think it says "Use .41 Remington Magnum Ammo Only" or something like that. We would have taken it off but it's pretty deeply etched and was not worth the trouble. Interestingly the factory ".41 Remington Magnum" blued cylinder I have has no markings on it at all.
