Had to back out of a duck hunt

Today my friends took off to Maryland on a guided duck and goose hunt. I planned to attend but unfortunately I have an attack of sciatica coming on and so I figured that an 8 hour drive down to that state would make it worse.

So the plan is to sit it out and treat it as best as I can. Kind of stinks but what can you do?

John, I’m disappointed with you. Heat, cold, Motrin and rest

I agree! Sciatica sucks so take it on some ducks!

I competed in powerlifting. I’ve found things like an inversion table combined with a good stretching regimen works pretty well. Focus on improving the flexibility in your hamstrings. NSAIDS are helpful too but I personally didn’t use them much....I should have, but I’m one of those thick skulled guys who hate taking meds.
