9-11 attack? Or a auto maker for using a vehicle to drive through a crowd?
Because of marketing? You don’t buy a hammer in the hope it will build a house. What happened to personal responsibility?

Alcohol and drunk drivers, victims can sue both

Purse snatch victims can sue sneaker makers, house builders if you fall off the roof. Lawyers making laws for lawyers....endless possibilities.

I'm gonna sue whoever made the utensil I used to get fat!

For the first 8 or more hours, the media had experts even showing pictures of the pistols the boy was using in the school and said the AR was in the trunk of the car outside of the school. Notice everything changed when the fed's took over. Now the school has been removed so no no way to prove anything.
