didn't see any mention of that slide being stainless. He talks about the AMT slide but never says his slide is an AMT.

Bobby Tyler at Tyler Gun Works color cases stainless. He does it at lower temperatures and I don't think it is case "hardening" in the normal sense. There was an article in "Ballistic" magazine recently that showed off some of his work.

Tyler's system in not a true color case. It is his own

immersion system. Mainly because stainless will not take the actual color case. It is his design so if you want it done you will have to send it to him for the work. I don't know the pros and cons of it. I read the same article that most of you did.
