no sensible reason to build one. Due to liability you are taking a big chance. If you build it and sell it to your moron brother in law and he does something stupid with it and blows it up and hurts someone, you will go to court and lose everything.That has already been proven in several court cases. And there is no sunset on that. if someone blows it up 5 years from now you go to court and lose everything. Why take a chance like that.
And if you build one of the 80% guns with no serial number you cannot sell that gun, ever. You are allowed to build one gun with no serial number and cannot sell it and build another. That is the law. So again, why bother.
