would be being attacked by a naked skinny guy. Unfortunately it doesn't always give us the little edge we need to come out on top. I think last night's fiasco is a reminder that "shit happens". So I am seriously looking into other options including retiring my Star PD. Never thought I would even say that. But the 45 ACP JHP completely failed me last night and if that bear hadn't been hurt and had been 100% and ready to fight things could have turned out differently. I have always sworn by the 45 ACP but maybe it isn't optimum for self defense. Maybe there is a better way to go. Over the next couple of weeks I plan on finding out.
