Making 480 Achilles cartridges

I cut 100 .45 Colts to a bit over .930" today. I used a tubing cutter, holding the cartridges between small oak boards in my vise.

Once they were cut I then had to expand them so the cutter guide would center them.

My next step will be to trim them to .900". Once they are chamfered and deburred I will prime them and load them.

I have 2 bullets I will load .. the blunt flatnose bullet and the roundnose bullet.
