Gary Reeder
a while back we got some guns that had been in a fire.

One was a series 70 Colt Gold Cup in 45. It was burned pretty bad and the holster was melted to the slide. The slide and entire gun was finished in a satin nickel finish which made it even harder to bring back to life. The owner thought it was a lost cause.I told the owner to let us see what we could do for it. Here is the gun as it came in to us, with the holster melted to the slide.

Even rifles can usually be restored. Here is a Winchester that was left in a wet soft case for a while.

Here is a Ruger 357 Magnum Blackhawk that had battery acid spilled on it.
Really nasty.

Just to show you that most guns can be restored, even when they are in really bad shape.
