Back in the 80's when I lived in an apartment, Dexter Manley lived next door. He stole the wife of one of UMD's basketball players when he was out of town. Steve made a mistake of taking Dexter home to meet his wife.
During Dexter's drug problems, George Michael of the Sport Machine was the only friend that stuck by his side while he was in prison. Now Dexter works for a local church and TV station.
It was rumored that Dexter got on the beltway and didn't know where to get off and went around several times before finding his way home. He was a nice guy but not too smart.
