Its 12", but Thats a 10" barrel with a muzzle brake.

Barrel is full bull at just over 1" in diameter.

Velocity is around 1800 fps with a 400 grain bullet and 1900+ with the 325/350 grain.

The 500 S&W just makes sense to me. Lots of data and components. It also is easy with reduced loads.

Gary also built me a nice 24" Encore Rifle in 500 S&W.
