Procedure was long but as of now out of afib, going home Wednesday. I really want to thank you misfits for all your support. And I felt compelled to share this little tidbit of information. Back in the 80's I was a neonatal intensive care nurse and working on my Master's degree. Doing some research for a paper I found a couple of scientific studies on prayer related to patient healing with one specifically related to NICU. Three groups of babies were studied across the nation. Usual statistical methodology used for random selection etc. Control group received no prayers, 2nd group prayed for by name, 3rd group prayed for without name. Local Churches were enlisted to participate. The group prayed for by name had the largest percentage of improvement and best outcomes, the prayed for without name was next with the not prayed for group coming in last. The power of prayer, irrefutable!!!
