Looks like the contractor, Excel Industries Inc., for the new Automags had some problems of payment when they were suppose to make 77 units as the Founders Edition. There were problems with the magazine feeding or fitting correctly and I assume payment due.
So the original owner sold out to someone else and will stay on as the manager.
Maybe there is still a jinks on the handgun??
