We're the first truck in.

Both Daren and I shot Impala today. Daren's shot was early. Again, the 303 British Ruger #1 performed like a champ. It ran about 300 yards and dropped.

My opportunity came later. Not a perfectly clear shot. The top half of the animal was all I could see. A 250 grain Accubond from the 9.3x74R Ruger #1 thru the spine and it dropped like a cinder block.
