As I understand it, endshake is the forward/backwar movement in the cylinder when it is closed. I have a couple S&W revolvers that have enough play in them when the cylinder is open that the front of the cylinder will drag on the face of the forcing cone. Can this lead to further problems? Can it be "fixed"? Thanks for your time.
